SCIENTIFIC COUNCIL RULES

The Scientific Council of the journal is a consultative and advisory body to the editor-in-chief.
The tasks of the Scientific Council include in particular:

  • monitoring the scientific (substantive) level of the journal;
  • designating, in consultation with the editors, research directions and areas that will be treated as priorities in the process of publishing them;
  • concern for popularizing the results of scientific research published in the journal;
  • supporting and promoting the journal in domestic and foreign research communities.

The members of the Scientific Council are appointed by the editor-in-chief of the journal at the request of the editorial staff.

The Council evaluates the scientific level of the journal at least once a year, proposing directions of scientific development.

The Council may speak on all matters related to the functioning of the journal.

Meetings of the Board are convened by its chairman at least once a year, after consultation with the Editorial Board. The invitation is sent online by the secretary of the editorial office.

Apart from members of the Board, these meetings are also attended by the editor-in-chief and secretary of the journal.
